At Halo Brow Artistry, our goal is to provide clients with a safe and satisfactory experience, creating stunning, natural-looking brows and lips that you will love. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood the information provided on our FAQ page.
Previous Brow & Lip Tattooing
If you have had previous brow tattooing, you must book a consultation before booking a cosmetic tattoo service. This guarantees that the condition of your previous tattoo is assessed, and our artist can determine whether it is safe and appropriate to proceed with a new tattoo.
Transparency: You must disclose any previous tattooing during the consultation or booking process. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of your new tattoo.
Right to Decline Service: If you do not book a consultation or discuss with your artist that you have previous tattooing before your appointment, the artist reserves the right to decline the tattooing service. In such a case, your deposit will be lost as a termination fee to cover business expenses.
Deposits, reschedules & Cancellations of Tattoo Appointments
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This booking fee will be applied to the total cost of your service.

Rescheduling with Over 48 Hours Notice: If you reschedule with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours: If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited as a termination fee to cover business expenses.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit as a termination fee to cover business expenses.

Cancellations with Over 48 Hours Notice: No fee will apply if you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours notice.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours: A fee equal to the full appointment cost will be charged as a termination fee to cover business expenses.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment will result in a termination fee equal to the full appointment cost to cover business expenses.

Late arrivals
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will result in the forfeiture of your appointment.
Fees: If you arrive late depending on the service, your deposit or the full appointment cost will be forfeited as a termination fee to cover business expenses.
Gift Vouchers & Account Credit Policies

Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

Expiry: Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Expired Vouchers: Vouchers that have passed their expiry date are no longer valid and cannot be used to redeem products or services.

Account Credit

Non-Refundable: Account credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
